1. Temporarily Disable System Restore.
Press : Windows key + R
Type  : sysdm.cpl
Press : System Restore
Click : Turn off System Restore on all drives

2. Delete all FREE_MINE values from the registry.
Press : Windows Key + R
Type  : regedit
Press : CTRL+F (opens the search dialog for the registry)
Type  : FreE_MiNe
Delete every value with FreE_MiNe in it, its many...

3. Download and install UNLOCKER.

After installation of Unlocker on your computer:
Go to folder C:\WINDOWS\system32\LoLOxz\ right click with your mouse on the folder and click on unlocker and kill all SMSS.exe activity then delete the folder with the files.

When all that is made, now you can delete all the FreE_MiNe.exe and Autorun.inf on every drive you have.
Don´t forget digital cameras, external hard drives, USB sticks..

5. Prevent to have this kind of virus again
Press : Windows Key + R
Type  : gpedit.msc
Goto  : Administrative Templates
Goto  : System
On right side pane click "Turn off Autoplay"
Click : ENABLED
Turn off Autoplay on "ALL DRIVES".

This stops windows from autoplaying hard drive media devices when you connect them to your computer.

And people stop using Windows Explores!... Have a look at Norton Commander.
